Summary:

Head of UI/UX role leads the compelling and creative experiences that strike a balance between the business’ intent and the needs utilizing a  human centered design thinking, under our dynamic and growing Digital Automation product team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the development and execution of our user-centric product designs in support of the digital products that aim to digitalize Regeneron in line with our business objectives across the technical and functional domains.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join us to Head UI/UX Team, a part of Digital Technology & Engineering Group . You will work closely with scientists, MSLs,  technologists, business heads and thought leaders in diverse fields such drug discovery, clincal, manufacturing, HR and finance. You’ll have a chance to work on projects ranging from digital product design and UX/UI to designing mobile and companion wearbale applications.

The role you will play includes:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX skills and a user-centric design approach
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to strike partnerships across functions
• Experience establishing, leading and growing a core team of visual designers, UX researchers
• Thought leader and experience with design-thinking and problem solving
• Experience working on digital product design leveraging data analytics, insights and digital technologies
• Strong knowledge of standard UI/UX design tools such as Figma, and a keen eye for aesthetic design and layout.
• Ability to lead effectively in a team setting, and manage multiple deadline-driven projects working across matrix team structure
• Ability to lead in situations with ambiguity and navigate across the unknowns
• Critical thinking and analysis skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills and ability to interview and lead discussions across teams, functions, and multiple levels in the organization
• Experience doing user testing and user research.
