• Work on developing proof of concepts on various use-cases along with Developer and Solution Architect
• Open to learn different tools and technologies related to KPMG Audit Data & Analytics
• Ability to handle stakeholder relationships across member firms
• Be a coach / mentor to a team of Managers, Seniors, Associates, and train them to deliver high quality solutions
• Demonstrate professionalism, industry competence and clarity of communication when dealing with the engagement teams
• Use technology (on specific areas of work), continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery
• Contribute to technical and soft-skills training to continually develop the team's skills on industry specific areas of work
• Coordinate with onshore team to understand the business needs and work with development team to build custom solutions

 

Development

• Take functional responsibility across all stage and iterations of tool/routine development. Has oversight on the Ideation, Development, Validation and Implementation
• Actively get involved in determining what type of tool would it be example: End User Routine, Software Audit Tool or operational tool
• Provide advice and guidance to Business Analyst and others on the best practices
• Actively lead preparation and review of all relevant documentation to enable tool usage like Tool User Manual, Processing Guide, Role and responsibility document etc.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for testing of new versions of tools
• Coordinate testing of new solution releases working with the Product Integrity team
• Ensure effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained
• Monitor and control resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders
