External Description:

Perform extensive Independent Quality Reviews of IT test work
delivered by the GTA and GTS-DES professionals as part of IT
Audit and Attestation engagements.

Help evaluate that GTA and GTS-DES professionals perform
Risk Assessments, Engagements Audit (DES) and IT Audits in
accordance with the KPMG US Audit Methodology requirements.

Evaluate outcomes of the Independent Quality reviews and
analyze trends to determine and implement learning interventions
that may be needed to further enhance the Quality of delivery.

Stay abreast of firm published Professional Practice Letters and
help dissipate information relevant to GTA and GTS-DES.

Govern the stakeholder feedback process; evaluate feedback
periodically to help improve the overall Service Quality for GTA
and GTS-DES.

Build and nurture a positive working relationship with
stakeholders.

Inculcate a culture of “Quality First” in all Client interactions and
ensure maintaining high quality standards across all the
deliverables and engagements within the portfolio / BU being
managed. Monitor and manage key industry specific Performance
Quality metrics for the GTA and GTS-DES teams.

Demonstrates strong People Management and influencing skills,
Lead by Example, Build and Nurture a high performing team and
inspire the team members to achieve their full potential.

Ensure active participation in Campus and hiring drives
responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an
effective team.

Demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities and innovative
ways to efficiently deliver on engagements and/or implement
internal process improvements / automations
