Development
- Take functional responsibility across all stage and iterations of tool/routine development. Has oversight on the Ideation, Development, Validation and Implementation
- Actively get involved in determining what type of tool would it be example: End User Routine, Software Audit Tool or operational tool
- Provide advice and guidance to Business Analyst and others on the best practices
- Actively lead preparation and review of all relevant documentation to enable tool usage like Tool User Manual, Processing Guide, Role and responsibility document etc.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for testing of new versions of tools
- Coordinate testing of new solution releases working with the Product Integrity team
- Ensure effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained
- Monitor and control resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders
